Here's a vid of a song from our set at the Flagstaff Blues & Brews Festival this past July.

I played it a few times, very tasty licks Tele! I heard some SRV, and just at the right times....great timing, tone, and you guys are having fun...I saw another great R1S vid on the Morning Scramble.

Surprised to see TeleM playing a Strat though. Should I call you Strat Mauler :)
How come? more versatile?

Good stuff bro...it all looks so easy and natural for you.  Oh, I "embedded" it for you below your link.

Thanks Dark,  That's the MIM Strat I got in trade for the Epi G-400.

It sounds great, plays well and suits the song. IMHO

Yup, I may have to change my name

Man that festival looks like a blast.  You guys sure know how to play together.

I was feeling a little sorry for the bass player because he was all alone during your skynyrd-esque triple solo (but he was still holdin' it down )

Will there be another gig this year for R1S at the Blues and Brews?

Thanks Dark and JJ.  We stole the Peter Gunn thing from the original Freddy King version :)  The Festival was a blast, JJ, we opened the day, were followed by Coco Montoya and Janiva Magness. Got a photo with Coco, a really nice guy and his show was stunning. Not invited back, but that's because the festival folks have made a decision to change up the artists every year and not repeat anyone 2 years in a row. They haven't announced this years lineup yet. so we'll see :)  It's just cool to have the band name listed on the back of T-Shirt with Coco ! :D

Wow, that was one wicked harmonica solo! And you have some very tasteful licks yourself! I thoroughly enjoyed that.
