So I'm finally recording again. It's been a long time, so take it for what it is.

Let me be the first to compliment you RW. Wonderful track. I very much enjoyed it. I know I occasionally get in
a rut and don't even play for a month or two, but when I pick it up again, out comes some fresh creativity and new
ideas and licks. Great share. Keep them coming.

 Cheers, J

I have missed hanging here, too. But things seem awfully quiet here lately. Thanks for the compliments! It means a lot and inspires me to try another.

Some info about the recording, if anyone is interested:
All synths were from Sample Tank 2. Mostly old analogue synths, but also a rhodes (melody) and a Hammond (chords in the chorus). Guitar sounds came from my Eleven Rack and MJT Telecaster.

I actually first recorded this song as a passtime on my IPad using Garage Band. But I must say that this version sounded miles better!

I really did like the synth parts but was hoping for more guitar as I listened. But I am biased as a guitarist, that all of
the other instruments in a song should play second chair to the instrument we all love.
Keep them coming RW.. I did the follow thing at SC and noticed you reciprocated. Thankyou.

  Cheers, Jeff

I think the only reason this became such a synth heavy track was the fact that it was made on the iPad. It's just simpler to play the keyboard than the guitar on a touch screen like that. The next track will be more guitar heavy, me thinks!

I listened to a few of your songs on SoundCloud, and was once again struck by what an amazing player you are. Great flow and beautiful articulation! Cudos!

Thanks, Tele! I aimed for as open a mix as possible. No compressors exept a small dash in the final mix.
